Your grain donation supports the Man Van™ offering a quick, simple baseline PSA blood test to men over 40.
1. Print the online version of the grain pledge form or pick one up at your local Richardson Pioneer location.
2. Contact your Richardson Pioneer location to give them your completed grain pledge form and arrange delivery.
3. When your grain is delivered the pledged portion will be split off, converted to a cash and remitted to Combines for Cures™.
4. Once we have received your donation a charitable receipt for the entire dollar value will be sent to you by mail. Farmers donating $500 or more will be recognized on the Donor Wall at the Prostate Cancer Centre.
