Your faithful social scribe is kept hopping more than usual during Stampede, zooming from event to event. July 3 was particularly busy with four events. The annual Scott Stomp, hosted by Scott Land & Lease and held at the Wildhorse Saloon, is one event not to be missed. Nearly 1,000 folks who work in the oilpatch attended this year and had a great time while raising funds for the Calgary Prostate Cancer Centre.
